Our luxurious VIP lounge is housed in Leeds East’s brand new terminal facilities (FBO), offering superior comfort and everything you need prior to your flight. With complimentary WiFi throughout, you can relax in soft seating with entertainment amenities, or keep working in our business centre, which include a PC terminal and hot desks. The lounge offers catering and refreshments, and we have an on-site restaurant.


 

BUSINESS FACILITIES

If you require private facilities or conference hosting, we have a boardroom available for booking, and our team is on-hand to accommodate any further needs.

All inbound aircraft of Speed Category C are required to approach the airfield via the RNP approach. All RNP approaches must be booked prior to arrival. A fight plan does not constitute an RNP booking. Visual approaches are not available.

Leeds East offers complete handling, landing and parking services, as well as short- and long-term hangarage and maintenance contracts. A complete list of charges is available on request — please complete the online booking form and our team will be in touch.


 

FUEL PRICING

We offer some of the most competitive prices on fuel and lubricants for 200 miles:

Jet A-1 — £0.94 per litre (incl. VAT)
Avgas — £1.90 per litre (incl. VAT)

Avgas minimum uplift 50 litres for aircraft with MTOW below 1000kg. 75 litres for aircraft MTOW above 1000kg for landing fee to be waivered

JETA1 minimum uplift 100 litres for landing fee to be waivered

(Applies to aircraft with a MTOW of 2000kg or below)


 

We can provide apron parking for any type of aircraft, and it is free of charge for the first
two hours.

HANGARAGE

Leeds East Airport has hangarage available for aircraft up to a Challenger 605, ranging from overnight parking to a long-term contract, or basing your aircraft with us. We can provide heated hangarage, and maintenance contracts and customs by arrangement, as well as the opportunity to build your own hangar at Leeds East.

General Visual Joining Information

Please use visual reporting points (VRP) to join the visual circuits. Arrive over VRP’s at 1500ft to join the circuits at 1000ft.

Do not join overhead due to the proximity of Sherburn-In-Elmet ATZ to the South. Remain clear of Sherburn-In-Elmet ATZ at all times.


Please be aware of glider activity at Rufforth & Burn, Check NOTAMs.

Please avoid overflying villages to the North of the airfield in the ATZ.

Please contact Fenton radio on 120.710 mHz. by 10 nautical miles to check for RNP activity, remain clear of feathers until information obtained.
